This program is designed to help international students like you grow in character, leadership, and career readiness.

It kicks off in early November with a full-day workshop exploring leadership-themed topics, where you will be introduced to a same-gender local professional who will continue meeting with you throughout the school year.

 

These follow-up meetings will help you reflect on what you’ve learned at the workshop, build confidence, and gain insight into American business culture and life.
